uKraine “save a child appeal”

BCHC rescue 92 children from the hands of the Russian aggressor

Since the launch of the appeal to assist Dalaid to re locate Jewish children from war-torn Ukraine to a safe shelter in Moldova, the generosity of the Bournemouth community has been unbounded. BCHC had an objective to fund a single coach full of children at a cost of £14,000. This target was quickly surpassed, and a total of £24,841.50 was raised including Gift Aid. This incredible generosity of spirit will enable Dalaid to transport 92 Jewish children to a place of safety.

Synagogue Tour for Cubs

We are regularly visited by tour groups from schools and communal groups, to learn about our Community and Congregation. Our most recent visitors were a group of Cubs, and the tour was hosted by one of our Wardens, Adrian Levey.
