Men’s Parsha Discussion Group – weekly, Thursdays 11.15am – 12.15pm

The weekly parsha shiur for men takes place every Thursday between 11.15 – 12.15 at 23 Grove Road.  Hosted by Eddie Last, it’s a lively discussion group focusing on the major points in the Parsha of the week. We examine the different aspects and relate them to our daily lives as well as world events.

Mobility & Stretch Class with Hayley (£)

What: With the use of household items such as a chair, dumbells or something similar such as bottles of water or cans of soup, get in your weekly exercise in the comfort of your own home via Zoom!

Who: Anyone from the Jewish community within the UK who you know personally who you think may like to join us, are welcome.  Email the office for details!
